The Workday Consultant will play an integral role in the successful management of the Technology Stack. Working within our CIO team, you will be actively supporting the broader HR and Finance Teams and the rest of the business - capturing requirements, offering solutions, configuring, testing, implementing and managing Workday. You will have strong Workday configuration skills with expertise in ERP, HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Reporting and Payroll interfaces.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM and Financials modules.
- Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
- Optimize integrations with ERP and BI tools for financial data flows.
- Take a key role in the Workday management and evolution. This includes leading initiatives from start to finish, coordinating the functional requirements and needs of stakeholders.
