Workday HCM Functional Consultant

As a Workday HCM Functional Consultant you will act as the bridge between business requirements and the Workday platform. You will engage with clients, provide solution point of view, lead workshops and guide client on leading practice. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering HCM solutions that align with client policies, compliance requirements, and operational needs.

Specifically, you will bring to bear subject matter expertise and specialisation in key aspects of the Workday solution set, including local implementation experience in at a minimum the combination of Core HCM and Absence Management. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand HR and Leave management policies, processes and business requirements, guiding on areas for improvement and translating business need into scalable and efficient business outcomes delivered through Workday.
