Core Responsibilities

Total Platform Ownership & Governance

• Serve as the final authority on the configuration, architecture, and deployment of all Workday products across the entire enterprise (including HCM, Financials, Integrations, etc).
• Define and execute the multi‑year global Workday roadmap.
• Lead the business through the evaluation, impact analysis, and deployment of all Workday major updates, new module adoptions, and continuous features.
