This is a high-profile programme requiring a seasoned Workday Programme Manager to lead delivery from mobilisation through to implementation, with a strong focus on global standardisation and stakeholder alignment.

The programme spans several regions including the UK, Europe, North America, LATAM, and APAC. Early discovery and design phases are underway, with roll-outs scheduled through to 2026. This role offers the opportunity to lead on one of the most significant Workday transformation programmes currently in motion.
