Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Workday solutions and enhancements
• Work across sandbox environments to develop and test changes prior to release
• Support ongoing system optimisation and continuous improvement * Deliver enhancements across a BAU + project hybrid environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Technology

Key Requirements
‍

• Strong hands-on Workday experience (not purely functional or advisory)
• Proven experience building and testing solutions in sandbox environments
• Experience working in post-implementation / live environments
