Workday Systems Analyst

THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a global professional services organisation currently undertaking a large-scale HR transformation project, including the implementation of Workday as their new global HRIS platform. With the project in its early stages, they are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HRIS Project Support Analyst to assist with the heavy data and systems workload associated with the rollout.

THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Systems Lead and working within a collaborative HR team of 16, you will play a key role in supporting the global Workday implementation project. This position will focus heavily on data validation, data integrity and ensuring information is accurately prepared and maintained throughout the implementation process.

You will also gain exposure to broader project activities including training coordination, change management initiatives and project support across multiple workstreams.
