Opportunity Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Support Site HR and Production teams on workers’ welfare matters.
- Check workers’ daily attendance and manage disciplinary cases.
- Conduct counselling sessions for workers with disciplinary issues.
- Issue warning letters based on customer or management instructions.
- Assist workers in resolving grievances or personal issues.
- Prepare workers’ vacation and repatriation-related documents.
- Coordinate new worker intakes, orientation, training, and badge issuance.
- Conduct surveys for contract extensions.
- Arrange transportation for workers (factory to hostel/clinic).
- Support onsite HR documentation and administrative work.
- Prepare internal and external reports as assigned by the superior.
- Perform other tasks within capability as assigned from time to time.
