90% completion rates forkey programs. - Publish regular training MIS and analytics reports.
- Design and implement employee development and career progression programs.
- Execute employee rewards & recognition initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
- Manage employee communication through newsletters, mailers, and announcements.
- Collaborate with marketing on employee engagement campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Drive internal communication and employer branding activities across the organization.
- Ensure employee engagement initiatives are executed within the approved budget.
