Workforce Management & Process Improvement Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC / Shoreview, MN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Max Pay Rate: $54/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Workforce Management & Process Improvement Analyst to support enterprise operational initiatives within a fast-paced business environment. This role will focus on workforce management solution rollouts, process improvement initiatives, documentation, testing, and operational analysis across payments-related workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting operations, workforce management, process improvement, system implementations, or business transformation initiatives.
