Opportunity Description
Overview:
Directly responsible for monitoring phone calls and emails for our current workforce to ensure optimal staffing maintained throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
+ Receiving phone calls from associates who are unable to fulfill their scheduled shifts and communicate the absences to appropriate department.
+ Coordinate the covering of shifts left open due to associate absences by contacting associates who may be available to work, and adding shifts to the schedule in UKG.
+ Perform the day-of timekeeping functions for all departments by processing timecards, entering missing punches, comments, and paycodes.
+ Maintaining the schedules on the day-of, adjusting shifts, transferring associates between locations, and solving scheduling issues.
+ Communicate trends in guest demand, associate absences, and/or schedule changes to the Scheduling Team for adjustments in future schedules.
