Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to ensure updation and management of data related to client accounts (forecasting, scheduling and performance), provide timely & accurate analysis through MIS reports and dashboards to the external & internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Design & generate MIS reports as per business requirements
• 2. Timely data collection from various stakeholder
• 4. On-time reporting of MIS reports to internal and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• atleast 2-4 years of relevant experience in workforce management
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent in MS Excel & number crunching
• Good knowledge of MIS reporting standards
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
