Workforce Manager

• Min. of five (5) years' experience in a Workforce experience. 1-2 years managerial and/or supervisory experience
• Has end-to-end WFM experience from RTA to planning.
• Willing to work onsite (Makati)
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule if needed
• Tools: eWFM, Avaya CMS, NICE IEX, and such
• Should have handled FTEs in a Program
• Preferrable with experience in handling Telco program/s
• Work Setup:
