HR & Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities
1 HR Work
- Support production line recruitment, onboarding and employee file management.
- Daily attendance tracking & payroll data preparation for 3800 workers.
- Handle PF, ESI and other local labor compliance procedures.
- Manage employee relations, induction training and staff welfare activities.
- Prepare regular HR data reports for management.
2 Admin Work
- Manage canteen, dormitory, cleaning and security service.
- Control office supplies, materials and fixed assets.
- Arrange meetings and daily office maintenance.
- Liaise with local government departments (Labor, Fire, Safety).
- Organize factory cultural & employee activities.
