About the Role

Depending on your experience and aspirations, you will be responsible for:

• Driving change enablement as part of large transformation programs
• Developing digital adoption strategies, working closely with enterprise tech providers
• Reinventing operating models and redesigning organisational structures to support growth agendas
• Shaping transformational leaders and delivering new ways of working and culture
• Creating skills and learning strategies, career pathways, and implementing change roadmaps that integrate AI solutions
• Identifying emerging workforce capabilities and future skills requirements driven by AI adoption and digitalisation trends
• Transforming the HR function to optimise its value and impact
