Working Party Manager (LAE B1/B2/C)

To support the continuous growth of our Working‑Party activities and the global Airbus fleet, we are opening a position for a Working‑Party Manager (WPM) based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). The Working‑Party Manager is a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) holding an active EASA Part‑66 AML (Aircraft Maintenance License). This role oversees working parties on delivered aircraft, leading cross‑functional teams deployed to customer sites. In the event of major repairs, they may also serve as a Repair Embodiment Manager (REM), taking full accountability for the repair embodiment process from initial assessment to final release.

This position requires operational and functional leadership for on‑site personnel, including spares, engineering representatives, preparators, sub‑contractors, workers, and inspectors.
