Workplace Services Maintenance Officer (FTC)

About the role

In this role you will work with another Workplace Services Maintenance Officer to help in the delivery of the Workplace Service function, providing a safe and compliant premises and facilities. You will work the team on planning and completion of maintenance and compliance activities within the building, grounds and gardens.

In this varied role, no two days will be the same. You’ll be working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient delivery of a customer focused and cost-effective service, whether you are agreeing terms with a new supplier, resolving an issue with IOSH’s facilities or responding to an emergency situation.

You will work in completing statutory and regulatory compliance checks, helping to identify and action non-compliances and maintaining accurate records.
