* Salary: $81,496 - $98,955 (Plus Superannuation)

The Role
This position will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of facilities, fleet, mail and safety-related services in a challenging and busy corporate environment. In this position you will be required to have a strong understanding and commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.
Main accountabilities:
* Resolves local operational service delivery problems within guidelines
* Assesses client needs and delivers a range of services in complex situations;
* Explains concepts and policies to clients, stakeholders and staff
* Monitors and administers straight forward, local contracts and service agreements within a well-defined service delivery framework
