Workshop Manager (Automatic Division)

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the automatic transmission workshop, ensuring high-quality repairs, efficient operations, and strong team performance while meeting productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workshop Operations Management

• Oversee daily workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and job allocation
• Monitor turnaround times and ensure jobs are completed within agreed deadlines
• Maintain high standards of workmanship on all automatic gearbox repairs

2. Technical Oversight

• Provide expert guidance on automatic transmission diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds
• Support technicians with complex fault-finding and technical challenges
• Ensure all repairs meet OEM and company quality standards
