Responsibilities

• Full day‑to‑day management of the workshop.
• Program and manage the work schedule to meet production demands.
• Order materials and manage stock levels.
• Daily coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Liaise closely with the Managing Director on future workload planning, resolving fabrication and technical queries.
• Manage the Quality Assurance (QA) system, ensuring day‑to‑day compliance and preparing for audits.
• Agree QA system modifications with the Managing Director as required.
• Manage, supervise, and develop workshop staff.
• Organise recruitment of new workshop personnel in conjunction with the Managing Director.
