Workshop QC Supervisor

Job Overview

The Workshop QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all quality‑control functions within the workshop to ensure accurate, safe, and professional service delivery. The role includes supervising workshop staff, managing workflow and traffic movement, enforcing safety and compliance standards, monitoring SWAT system usage, and ensuring consistent service excellence. The QC Supervisor also manages tool/equipment inspections, customer issue resolution, and adherence to workplace policies, while supporting productivity and continuous improvement across the workshop.Must be based in Pretoria and/or surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in a workshop environment
• Advanced knowledge of tyres, wheels, and accessories
