Job Summary: Functions as the clinical resource for patients and staff for ostomy, Continence Disorders, Acute and Chronic Wound and Skin breakdown and Fistulae. Provides direct wound and ostomy care in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Provides patient/family teaching and instruction of wound and ostomy management both pre and post operatively.
