What the role is

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the management and optimisation of divisional pilot operations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on process design to ensure successful delivery of high‑impact pilot programmes whilst managing vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement.

What you will be working on

• Management of divisions’ pilot operations, including vendor management
• Design high throughput processes to handle large volumes of registrants and participants for pilots
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop automation solutions that add value to operations and processes
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful process and automation implementation
