Responsible for device validation and customer support using 93K SMT7/SMT8 platform
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product definition, and application engineering to develop comprehensive test plans aimed at achieving targeted coverage and ensuring product quality.Provide expert ATE test solutions and recommendations based on device characteristics and design specifications.Independently perform validation of complex high-speed functions and AC parameters with high precision.Work with design and verification teams to create test patterns that support/enhance test plans.Manage revision control for test program development and oversee final releases to ensure continuity and quality.Provide customer support for issue debug.Qualifications
