YARDI Lead (Techno-Functional, Team Lead Level)

Job Summary

• Act as the YARDI Lead bridging business stakeholders IT teams and external vendors.
• Drive and coordinate the execution of the internal YARDI project roadmap ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business priorities.
• Gather business requirements define project scope and track progress through project lifecycle.
• Lead configuration and rollout of new YARDi modules and enhancements (e.g. Voyager RentCafe Yardi CRM PAYscan).
• Coordinate and oversee testing data validation UAT and go-live readiness in collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications and YARDi configurations.
• Provide hands-on support and subject matter expertise for property management leasing finance and asset management functions.
