Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the YouTube channel (subscribers, views, engagement, revenue)
- Provide content ideas for videos, podcasts, and YouTube Shorts
- Optimize videos using SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)
- Manage and upload content, ensuring proper formatting and scheduling
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Repurpose content into short-form videos (Shorts) to increase reach
- Collaborate with the team to align content with goals and audience interests
