Outsourcing Advantage (OSA) is seeking a Zoho Developer. You will play a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho CRM solutions for our clients, helping drive operational efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple geographies and work remotely from locations such as the Philippines, Colombia, Egypt, Dominican Republic, South Africa, and Lebanon.

Responsibilities

• Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and Blueprints to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain automation using Deluge scripting for streamlined processes
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third‑party systems, building custom functions, scheduled scripts, and extensions
