Opportunity Description
Title: Zonal Ecommerce Sales Head
Role Overview:
Lead the growth and expansion of the ecommerce segment across the assigned zone.
Drive sales, manage client relationships, and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve zonal sales targets through new client acquisition and account expansion.
Develop and execute strategic plans for ecommerce sales growth.
Identify and onboard large ecommerce clients including retailers and marketplaces.
Own and drive integrated sales initiatives within the assigned zone.
Promote adoption of Raftaar (Rapid Commerce) services and Reverse Pickup with QC.
Ensure consistent revenue growth and market share expansion.
Conduct regular client reviews and provide customized solutions.
