FUNCTIONAL AREA
• Responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the factory while keeping the production costs under control.
• Timely and successful completion of the order cycle.

• Monitoring in cutting, printing, embroidery, stitching, and finishing packing.

• Follow up with all the Pattern masters regarding sampling & Production.

• Proper distribution of various samples to their related master and their team.
