Join a team that is leading enterprise-level operations supporting customers utilizing cloud infrastructure and services. AWS Joint Operations is looking for a high judgement, experienced expert to lead operational planning and implementation efforts in support of a national security organization. The Joint Operations Lead will leverage expertise across multiple disciplines gained from supporting national security organizations at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels to engage with customer executives and operations teams. This position will also integrate AWS plans and in-flight efforts across multiple teams (e.g., sales, operations, and security) to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience by resolving customer pain points and streamlining operations.
