Become a Jordan’s Principle Coordinator with Kinistin Saulteaux Nation and advocate for First Nations children with disabilities. Your case management skills will help remove service barriers.
In this role, you will focus on implementing the Jordan's Principle – Child First Initiative program for children with disabilities. Working under the Urban Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring families access the vital health and social services they need without delay. Your contributions will enhance the lives of First Nations children and ensure they receive appropriate care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver the JP-CFI program effectively
• Manage case coordination for First Nations children
• Identify and eliminate service delays caused by jurisdictional disputes
• Regularly assess program efficacy and family needs
• Liaise with various health and social service providers
