The Customer Service Representative role involves being in charge of communicating with customers and dealing with their inquiries.
Responsibilities
Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively provide comprehensive and high‐quality services for all customer needs.
Handle enquiries, resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency, and ensure one‐call resolution.
Maintain customer service standards during high‐pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or demanding customers.
Interpret customer needs and recognize symptoms, causes, and solutions.
Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution as needed.
