Jr. Design Architect / Architectural Apprentice

For Immediate Hiring:



Qualifications

1. Graduate of BS Architecture (Male or Female)

2. Knowledgeable in

Autocad

Rendering Software (Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray or equivalent

Adobe Photoshop or other editing software

MS Excel

3. Detail Oriented, able to multi-task, and with good time management skills

4. Fast Learner and able to work well in a team environment

5. Above-average rendering skills are a plus

6. Work Experience is not required



Scope of Work

1. Full face to face office work (8am - 55pm Mondays to Fridays and 8am to 12nn on Saturdays)

2. Participation in site coordination meetings

3. Involvement in the design and documentation of

Highrise residential condominium projects

Hotels and shopping malls

Luxury residences

Retail and restaurant designs
