Join Nakupuna Foundation as we are seeking a Jr. Human Resource Specialist Intern to provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and assist with day-to-day HR operations. The Jr. Human Resource Specialist Intern supports new hire processing and onboarding, maintainsaccurate employee records, and helps ensure HR systems are current and compliant. 

Working closely with HR team members, Business Operations, and hiring managers, this role assists with processing new hires, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting employee lifecycle activities. The position also helps manage HR ticket requests, employment verifications, and other general administrative tasks, while escalating complex or sensitive matters to senior HR staff as appropriate.
