Jr-Int Business Analyst

Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Junior to Intermediate Business Analyst to join the Capital Markets Technology team on a 1-year contract. The role will support multiple Capital Markets business projects and requirements.
The team specializes in Collateral and Funding Management, including Source and Uses Allocations to support funding optimization within the Capital Markets space. The Business Analyst will primarily work with the Capital Markets Central Funding Desk and will also have opportunities to support other desks and asset classes through a cross-asset collateral management platform.
The role involves working with Databricks using SQL and/or Python, supporting reporting and business analysis through Plotly dashboards. There are also opportunities to work with Power BI. Strong Excel skills are required.

The role emphasizes knowledge and understanding of Capital Market Products, as well as trade lifecycle. It is a mixed business/technology role.
