Jr. Network Administrator

Description We are looking for a Jr. Network Administrator to support daily infrastructure operations and deliver dependable technical assistance across the organization in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position combines hands-on systems and network administration with responsive end-user support, including service for senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Microsoft environments, device management, and troubleshooting, along with a careful approach to documentation and operational consistency.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee backup operations by monitoring job success, resolving failures, and maintaining accurate records for related projects and procedures.
