Jr. Product Representative

Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing small to medium-sized customers in the coatings and composite industry. The primary goal is to sell polymer emulsions and pre-dispersed colorants while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Account Management: You will manage customer accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and conduct product presentations. You'll work to ensure customer satisfaction and grow long-term partnerships.
• Technical Support: You will serve as the main technical contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing support. This includes collaborating with internal teams (R&D, QC, Production) on product development, customization, and troubleshooting.
