Key Accountabilities
Creates and develops new dishes and recipes buy keeping up with the latest market trends.Plans, coordinates and supervises menu implementations in a timely manner as well as proper documentation of the formerComply with all the policies, procedures, work instructions and monitoring requirements in accordance with Peninsula Manila Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005 and attends trainings as necessary to assure effectiveness of food safety process.Resolve food safety and quality issuesImplement corrective actions and control nonconforming products.
