**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Supports customer satisfaction- Assists customer with quality concerns and prepares documentation for nonconformance issues.
- Supports compliance with IATF, Customer Specific Requirements, Ampure's procedures and other applicable standards.
- Provides thorough analysis of product problems occurring between part supplier and final customer, including customer warranty.
- Proposes corrective actions, support necessary changes, and verifies effectiveness of changes.
