Customer Support Officer

• Contractual role (opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance)
• $2200 to $2500
• Location: Kaki Bukit

Rotating Shift: Morning 7am-4pm or Afternoon 1:30pm-10:30pm, off 2 days per week.

Permanent Night Shift: 10pm-7am, off 2 days per week (Night shift allowance $10 per night shift).

On the job training is provided. First month training conducted during office hours (8am-5pm).

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
• Applicants with call center or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work on shift schedules
