Junior Account Manager, Regional Consumer Brands-Perfumery & Beauty

As our successful Junior Account Manager Regional Consumer Brands-Perfumery & Beauty you will lead and manage client accounts to grow sales and profitability according to objectives, by establishing dsm-firmenich as the clients’ key partner, winning projects, and selling profitably fragrances.
Location: this role will be based in Pakistan (Lahore).

Your key responsibilities:
Develop successful working relationship with (new and existing) clients, establish dsm-firmenich as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business
Define account objectives, develop commercial strategy, implement through account plan. Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define action plan accordingly. Identify and document business potentials and competitive landscape
Negotiate with clients’ favorable commercial terms, including payment terms, prices for new business and increases for existing items. Maximizing business vitality
