About The Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven professional to join our Account Management Team at Perk. As a Junior Account Manager (Long Tail), you will actively contribute to customer satisfaction while driving growth and margin within existing accounts.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of long-tail accounts (LT) across the Spanish Market.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage a portfolio of long-tail customers in the Spanish Market.
• Build strong relationships with your accounts and key decision makers who shape their business travel programs.
• Gain a deep understanding of your customers' business to help them maximize their use of Perk.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop your portfolio by adding new business.
