Junior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Calculate monthly salary of contract worker as per assigned principal upon receipt of actual timesheet and other details.
• Collate and verify dispatch, disembarkation and on board history of designated principal to be used in payroll computation.
• Update details of contract worker in Poseidon based on signed Allotment Request form (ARF).
• Attend to contract worker's queries related to their home allotment, on board salaries and entitlements (via email, phone call, or walk-in).
• Prepare accurate and ensure timeliness of billing invoice with complete set of attachments.
• Send monthly invoices via email (Excel and PDF File) to respective clients.

Qualifications

• Accounting graduate; with minimum 1 year experience in Payroll & Billing.
