Junior Accountant

HBCS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant (ACCA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic practical experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and cloud accounting software. This role is suitable for an ACCA Affiliate, Finalist, or Part-Qualified ACCA looking to grow in a professional accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounting records
• Assist with bookkeeping and daily accounting entries
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable records
• Support preparation of financial reports
• Work on accounting software including Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and Odoo ERP
• Maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions
• Assist senior accountants with month-end closing tasks
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, reconciliations, and reporting
