Junior BIM Modeler ( 2 Years Contract)

Responsibilities
Create BIM content and production documents to support BIM-assisted project delivery Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on modeller and consultant BIM models to ensure compliance with organizational VDC/IDD standards Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication purposes Interpret engineering drawings and update consultant RFIs to accurately reflect design intent Develop BIM models with correct parameters and attributes to enable 4D simulation and 5D cost management Identify and report discrepancies during design production to BIM engineers for resolution Collaborate and share knowledge with team members to enhance project outcomes Utilize proficiency in Civil & Structural (C&S), Architectural, and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) 3D models to support project requirements Apply familiarity with BIM documentation and shop drawings generated directly from models
