We are looking for a Junior Client Success Manager to manage and support students throughout their journey to securing medical school offers. This is a high-impact, client-facing remote role where you will act as a trusted advisor to students and their families, ensuring programme success, driving retention, and contributing to revenue growth through upselling. You will also take on light leadership responsibilities, mentoring junior support staff and owning the overall client experience.
