Junior Conveyancer
Location : Blouberg
Salary: R35 000 CTC
Well established legal practice based in the Blouberg area is seeking a Junior Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Admitted Conveyancer
- Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience within Conveyancing
- Strong experience attending to Transfers
- Must reside in Cape Town / surrounding areas
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills
Duties Include:
- Managing transfer matters from inception to registration
- Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with conveyancing processes and deadlines
