Junior conveyancing attorney

We have a vacancy for a Junior Conveyancing Attorney in Plettenberg Bay.

Requirements: LLB Degree or equivalent legal qualification. Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Conveyancing admission. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a conveyancing department. Strong proficiency in conveyancing software. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans.

Duties and Responsibilities: Draft and prepare all necessary conveyancing documents and transfer documents and bond registrations. Arrange, conduct, and finalize the signing of transfer and bond documents with clients. Attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Supervise the accurate process to registration. Adhere strictly to FICA requirements and Deeds Office regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
