Junior Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing & AI Content

We're looking for a performance-driven Creative Strategist to own the creative engine behind our paid acquisition efforts across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

This role combines performance marketing, consumer psychology, content creation, and AI. You'll be responsible for developing creative concepts that drive customer acquisition and profitable growth.

• Lead creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Research competitors, trends, customer insights, and ad libraries to identify opportunities.
• Develop high-performing creative angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and offers.
• Turn customer insights, reviews, and objections into winning ad concepts.
