Junior engineer: infrastructure planning

Introduction The primary focus shall be on the planning and design of communications, navigation and surveillance (CNS) systems that supports ICAO operational concepts. Infrastructure (CNS, Display and General) and facilities planning, as well as the planning of CAPEX projects. To develop an understanding of the ATM community and the infrastructure (CNS, Display and General) and ATM technology needs. Assist in the preparation of the ATNS CAPEX plan. Participate (under guidance of the Senior Engineer: Infrastructure Planning) on an ad‑hoc basis in the preparation of the ATNS triennial submission (Permission Application) to the Regulating Committee. Participate (under guidance of the Senior Engineer: Infrastructure Planning) in the preparation of the project plan, user requirement statements (URS), functional specifications, business cases and the delivery note.
