Junior Fashion/ Retail Buyer | Hybrid Work Setup

The Junior Buyer (Shoes) supports the buying and trading of the Shoes category to deliver strong commercial results across sales, margin, stock health, and customer satisfaction .

This role works closely with the Buyer/Category Manager and cross-functional teams to execute seasonal buys, manage replenishment, support brand/vendor relationships, and ensure the right product is available at the right time and price.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Range Build, Buying & Replenishment Lead the range build and buying process: SKU selection, order quantities, delivery phasing, and product set-up accuracy.

Define and execute replenishment strategy for core styles and best sellers, ensuring strong availability by size.

Collaborate with Supply Chain/Operations to manage delivery timelines and resolve supply issues.
